Localization Project Manager (Late Shift)

Location: Remote from Argentina, with the role listed in Rosario. Working hours are 3:00 pm to 12:00 am, including a 1-hour break.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of localization projects, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and client requirements are met.
• Coordinate linguists, vendors, engineers, publishers, DTP specialists, quality teams, and other stakeholders.
• Build project plans, manage timelines and dependencies, track milestones, and communicate progress and changes.
• Manage resources, risks, issues, escalations, project budgets, estimates, quotes, and financial reporting.
• Use translation management systems, workflow tools, automation, and AI-enabled processes to improve delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with account management, program management, sales, solutions, engineering, vendor management, and quality teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing localization projects in a language-services or similarly complex global delivery environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Strong prioritization, organization, problem-solving, risk-management, and operational judgment skills.
• Understanding of localization workflows, quality management practices, project financial fundamentals, and project-management platforms.
• Ability to communicate confidently with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients across cultures and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise, strategic, or multi-service client accounts and complex multilingual workflows.
• Experience with MemoQ, Smartling, XTM, Plunet, or similar translation management systems.
• Experience with workflow improvements, automation initiatives, client-facing reports, delivery metrics, or performance analyses.
• Experience in regulated, technical, software, multimedia, or large-scale marketing localization.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar project-management qualification.
