TL;DR
Senior Localization Project Manager (Gaming): Coordinating end-to-end localization projects for video game content across vendors, production teams, LQA teams, and internal stakeholders with an accent on high-volume pipelines, scheduling, and AI-assisted localization workflows. Focus on tracking delivery dependencies, resolving production issues, escalating risks, and maintaining project capacity information across multiple simultaneous projects.
Location: Remote in LATAM; availability aligned with a US time zone is preferred.

What you will do
- Coordinate localization requests end to end, from intake and preparation through vendor dispatch, tracking, and final delivery.
- Build and maintain project schedules while managing dependencies across teams and concurrent projects.
- Monitor daily production, vendor queries, turnaround times, and issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate project risks early.
- Maintain project tracking systems and capacity information using Smartling, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Support Localization Producers and Associate Producers with production and coordination activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Localization Project Management.
- Ability to independently manage high-volume localization pipelines from day one.
- Experience with TMS platforms and project management tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted localization workflows and human post-editing.
- Full professional proficiency in English plus a second language.
- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Business, Computer Science, or comparable professional experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

- Previous experience in the gaming industry.
