Senior Producer (Localization)

What you will do

• Manage complex graphics localization campaigns from briefing through final delivery.
• Assess briefs, schedules, dependencies, workloads, and resource requirements before committing to delivery.
• Coordinate graphics, subtitling, dubbing, QC, post-production, Producers, creative Leads, and client contacts.
• Manage scope changes, scheduling conflicts, escalations, recovery plans, reviews, approvals, and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate project records, asset tracking, language-version data, and delivery lists.
• Mentor other Producers and implement workflow improvements that reduce errors, rework, and delays.

Requirements

• Proven experience independently managing complex audiovisual localization or post-production projects across multiple markets and versions.
• Strong understanding of theatrical localization and the dependencies between graphics, subtitling, dubbing, QC, and final mastering.
• Experience assessing workloads and dependencies and converting them into realistic production schedules.
• Strong written and spoken English is required for leading meetings, clarifying requirements, and communicating production issues.
• Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Experience supporting or mentoring Producers and improving production processes.
