Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of value stream engineers supporting manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement using Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Kaizen, Problem Solving, and Lean methodologies.
• Lead process, equipment, and workflow improvement projects to increase capacity, productivity, and product quality.
• Manage capital projects from concept through design, commissioning, qualification, and startup.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS teams while ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting manufacturing equipment, processes, and operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating engineers, technicians, contractors, or other technical resources.
• Experience leading capital, equipment, or process improvement projects from concept through implementation.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in aseptic manufacturing.
