Promo Manager

Location: Fribourg, Switzerland; hybrid work from a hirify.global office in Switzerland or a home office.

What you will do

• Coordinate promotional activities with Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance, and other relevant departments.
• Create and configure promotions in the internal promotion system.
• Organize and lead testing with the QA team to support reliable launches.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of the promotion creation tool.
• Manage the full promotion delivery lifecycle and align execution with business and commercial objectives.
• Support ad-hoc initiatives and convert business needs into effective promotional solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in project or product management in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong initiative, ownership, and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions.
• Comfort working in a dynamic and agile environment.
• Fluent in German, French, or English, with strong skills in one of the other languages.
• Comfort working in a hybrid model with remote and on-site work.
