What you will do

• Repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and align precision industrial machine tools, including CNC, robotic, semi-automatic, and automatic machines.
• Diagnose machine malfunctions, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend repairs within manufacturer tolerances.
• Lead electrical and mechanical disassembly, reassembly, component replacement, preventive maintenance, and machine modifications.
• Use machine drawings, operator manuals, manufacturer specifications, and prints to identify requirements and replacement parts.
• Perform functional tests and alignment checks across all machine axis planes.
• Track work orders and preventive maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Requirements

• More than 7 years of precision industrial machine tool experience with the ability to work with minimal supervision and lead assigned projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of machine tool controllers, PLC operations, ladder logic coding, and diagnostic test equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Leadership experience and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of background, physical, drug, and alcohol screenings is required before hiring.
