Manager, Internal Audit (Infrastructure)

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; full-time office-based work required

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually

What you will do

• Plan and execute internal audit assurance and advisory engagements, including work programs and risk matrices.
• Lead or support SOX compliance programs across portfolio companies, including onboarding newly acquired companies.
• Coordinate with local management, hirify.global finance teams, external auditors, regional audit teams, and service providers.
• Prepare and present audit and SOX findings, recommendations, and quarterly reporting for the Board.
• Maintain comprehensive working papers in line with applicable audit standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in audit, internal controls, accounting, or financial reporting.
• CPA designation and a Big Four or equivalent foundation with subsequent industry experience.
• Strong understanding of risks, controls, audit methodologies, and SOX requirements.
• Willingness to work full-time in the hirify.global Toronto office.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong project management, presentation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
