AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: Remote from the USA, Ukraine, Poland, or Cyprus

What you will do

• Shape requirements directly with clients across business analysis, product ownership, and UX.
• Design and write custom AI agents and skills using Codex, Claude Code, or comparable tools.
• Select and combine agents, skills, and models to match business and technical goals.
• Own the full software development lifecycle and ship working software through the agent setup.
• Unblock complex backlogs and make scope, release, and technical trade-off decisions independently.
• Represent AI delivery capabilities with clients and bring new agentic tools and practices into the company.

Requirements

• Remote work is limited to the USA, Ukraine, Poland, or Cyprus.
• 5+ years of software engineering or delivery experience with ongoing client-facing responsibility.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience building custom agents and skills for real delivery work.
• Concrete examples of an agent setup designed and shipped.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to make and defend technical decisions independently.
• Experience delivering against hard deadlines with incomplete inputs and cutting scope to meet a release.

Nice to have

• Previous forward deployed engineer or embedded consultant experience.
• Architecture background.
• Healthcare, fintech, or manufacturing domain experience.
