Solutions Engineer (Identity)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid. Regular travel to meet customers is required.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives from the first customer call through go-live.
• Run integration workshops with customer engineering teams before and after contracts are signed.
• Scope customer requirements and define the simplest path to production.
• Demo the platform and answer technical questions about APIs, webhooks, and the data model.
• Act as the primary technical link between customers and engineering.
• Bring customer feedback to product and engineering teams and improve documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Integration Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience building integrations with an API-first approach, including webhooks, authentication, and system mapping.
• Ability to lead discussions with senior engineers, set agendas, maintain engagement, and build trust.
• Comfort reading code and building working API integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and workstreams simultaneously.
• Fluent English required; regular customer travel required.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, identity verification, fraud, CRMs, or other integration-heavy products.
• Additional language skills.
