Associate Solutions Consultant (Eclipse Client Services)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; or New York City, NY

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year for the New York position, plus potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Handle service requests, triage incidents, diagnose issues, and support daily Eclipse platform operations.
• Own client projects involving hedge fund custodians and administrators.
• Collaborate with research and development teams on internal projects and product supportability.
• Provide client feedback to product and engineering teams as a platform stakeholder.
• Support incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment processes.
• As experience grows, train associates, serve as an escalation point, and manage complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, investment technology, SaaS, technology, or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with finance, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Technology troubleshooting skills and an interest in software support.
• Ability to learn new processes, products, and support tools quickly.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
