Sr. Manager, Information Security

Location: Remote Virginia; salary range applies uniformly across all U.S. locations

Salary: $174,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the organization’s information security vision and strategy.
• Oversee high-impact security projects and align them with operational and business objectives.
• Direct the implementation of security technologies, controls, and compliance measures.
• Partner with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners on security and risk management.
• Develop security metrics, improve security operations, and lead change management for security policies.
• Manage security resources and budgets while mentoring security professionals and representing hirify.global in industry forums.

Requirements

• Experience leading information security operations and projects.
• Knowledge of security risks, data privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop security policies, controls, metrics, and organizational security initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership, vendors, customers, and external partners.
• Ability to manage departmental resources and budgets and develop security team capabilities.
