Senior Information Security & Compliance Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Act as the primary security contact for business unit leaders, providing collaboration and technical security advisory.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, cybersecurity, IT, strategic, and compliance risks.
• Develop and oversee security policies, procedures, controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with IT and business units to integrate cybersecurity into new and existing technology initiatives.
• Support breach and security incident response, M&A activities, and disaster recovery planning.
• Report risk profiles to senior management, manage security budgets, and develop risk governance metrics.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, IT audit, or information technology combined with cybersecurity.
• At least 5 years of experience in an operationally focused security practitioner role.
• At least 5 years of experience working with business leadership and enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of a broad range of cybersecurity solutions.
• Strategic thinking, proactive risk management, project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and promote an enterprise-wide security culture.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA certification.
