Co-op, Integrated Insights & Analytics, Nephrology

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; 6-month student role from January through June 2027.

Base compensation: $29.00–$33.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the US Nephrology Insights & Analytics team with foundational market research and data analysis ahead of a new product launch.
• Execute insights and analytics projects from business-question definition and study design through data acquisition, analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
• Integrate claims, EMR, market research, and secondary data to develop actionable recommendations for the nephrology portfolio.
• Create executive presentations, dashboards, data visualizations, and written summaries communicating findings and strategic implications.
• Manage primary market research projects, including vendor proposals, sample planning, fieldwork monitoring, and readout planning.
• Conduct secondary claims and EMR data analysis, including patient journey and treatment pathway analyses.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Master’s or PhD program at an accredited educational institution or skills program.
• Preferred fields include Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Biostatistics.
• Analytical-tool experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to translate complex analysis into business insights and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; candidates must be at least 18 before the start date.

• Experience in life science, marketing, technology, or analytics.
