Senior Product Manager (Core Banking / AI) - Europe

Location: Remote in the EU or supported relocation to Croatia; a few planned trips per year to the Zagreb office and customer travel primarily across Asia and Africa may be required.

What you will do

• Own selected banking core domains, including lending, deposits, payments, accounting, and reporting.
• Define which banking products are supported natively and establish boundaries between standard product capabilities, configuration, and customer-built extensions.
• Own product roadmaps and commercial commitments for assigned domains.
• Shape the AI coding agent that generates customer-specific platform logic and automated tests.
• Use AI tools to build product customizations and feed product insights back into the roadmap.
• Drive full-cycle product ownership from ideation and delivery through customer adoption.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in fintech B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with AI tooling for analysis, prototyping, and shipping, with the ability to demonstrate something built with it.
• Technical depth to define extension points and determine what customers can override.
• Clear, structured written and verbal English.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving scale-up with lightweight processes.
• Ability to work remotely from the EU or relocate to Croatia.

Nice to have

• Experience with core banking, especially deposits and lending.
• Technical background in engineering, data, or computer science, or equivalent self-taught expertise.
• Experience with platforms extended through APIs, plugins, or scripting.
