Chief Product Officer (AI)

Location: Head office in Harold's Cross, Dublin; hybrid working required

A global corporate gifting platform that manages gifting, merchandise, sourcing, logistics, fulfilment, buying, and sending for enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap, translating company priorities, customer requests, and market opportunities into clear trade-offs.
• Improve the end-to-end gifting experience, from gift selection through recipient delivery and fulfilment.
• Define discovery, product briefing, scoping, and release practices in partnership with engineering and design.
• Work with operations, suppliers, fulfilment, Sales, Client Success, Support, and Marketing to connect product decisions with global delivery and adoption.
• Represent the product in enterprise customer, partner, renewal, and strategic partnership discussions.
• Build and lead the product and design organization, establish metrics, report progress to leadership and the board, and make the product team AI-native.

Requirements

• Experience leading product for an enterprise B2B platform with APIs or integrations into customer workflows.
• Experience building and scaling product teams, including hiring and developing product leaders.
• Executive-level product strategy experience and experience guiding a company through rapid growth.
• Experience shipping AI-powered customer features, ideally agents or MCP integrations.
• Ability to analyze product data independently, communicate clearly, and create product briefs and board materials.
• Comfort working with enterprise customers and boards, taking evidence-based positions, and combining long-term vision with execution detail.
