Senior Product Manager (Core Banking / AI)

Location: Remote in Southeast Asia; a few planned trips per year to the Zagreb office and customer travel as needed, primarily in Asia and Africa.

What you will do

• Own defined domains across lending, deposits, payments, accounting, and reporting.
• Define native banking products and the boundaries between standard features, configuration, and customer-built extensions.
• Own the roadmap and commercial commitments for assigned product domains.
• Shape the AI coding agent that generates customer-specific logic and automated tests.
• Use AI tools to build product customisations and feed product insights back into the roadmap.
• Drive products through ideation, delivery, and customer adoption.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in fintech B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with AI tooling for analysis, prototyping, and shipping.
• Technical depth to define extension points and customer override boundaries.
• Clear, structured written and verbal English.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving scale-up with lightweight processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with core banking, especially deposits and lending.
• Technical background in engineering, data, or computer science.
• Experience with platforms extended through APIs, plugins, or scripting.
