Immigration Partner (AI)

Salary: $115,000–$151,200 per year

What you will do

• Oversee U.S. and global immigration activities for more than 1,000 employees and candidates.
• Manage end-to-end immigration cases and day-to-day case-processing operations.
• Partner with Global Mobility leaders to develop and implement immigration policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Create training and communication materials for immigration processes and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and cross-border requirements.
• Support People Partners, managers, recruiters, employees, and candidates as an immigration subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate U.S. immigration experience; law firm and paralegal experience is not considered.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and compliance, plus working familiarity with immigration in Canada, EMEA, and APAC.
• Strong case management, organization, communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, interact with senior stakeholders, and handle confidential information discreetly.
• Experience working in a hyper-growth environment and with systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, and Google Suite.
• Working knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and CoCo.
