Senior Global Mobility Manager

Location: Hybrid; available in multiple locations. Occasional business travel may be required.

Base salary: $100,000–$160,000 per year, plus eligibility for 401(k), equity grants, and possible annual bonus.

What you will do

• Set the global mobility strategy and multi-year roadmap for scalable programs and policies.
• Own domestic and international relocation, short- and long-term assignments, permanent transfers, commuter arrangements, and business traveler support.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Tax, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, business leaders, and external advisors.
• Lead complex mobility and immigration cases while balancing employee experience, legal requirements, cost, risk, and business needs.
• Manage mobility vendors, contracts, service levels, budgets, invoices, escalations, renewals, and continuous improvement.
• Build dashboards, guidance, manager training, and self-service resources, and support acquisitions and new-country expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years of progressive global mobility, immigration, relocation, international assignment, or related Total Rewards experience.
• 5+ years leading people, programs, or complex cross-functional work.
• Strong knowledge of global mobility program design and administration, including U.S. immigration and cross-border tax, payroll, social security, employment, and data privacy considerations.
• Experience creating policies and controls, governing exceptions, managing complex cases, and translating technical risk into business decisions.
• Strong vendor management, financial acumen, analytical ability, stakeholder influence, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Global Mobility Specialist, Certified Relocation Professional, SHRM, or similar certification.
• Experience with global mobility technology, case-management platforms, Workday, and reporting or data visualization tools.
• Experience building or transforming a global mobility function, implementing a service-delivery model, or supporting international growth.
