SW Support Engineer (Software Deployment)

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and execute software distribution and update campaigns across enterprise environments, including ATM networks.
• Use enterprise software and content deployment tools and adopt new solutions as needed.
• Monitor deployment performance, troubleshoot distribution failures, and improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain software compliance, documentation, and alignment with internal policies and industry standards.
• Generate campaign and system-status reports in Microsoft Excel using formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
• Coordinate deployment objectives, timelines, and success metrics with IT support teams and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience in IT support; ATM or financial services experience is preferred.
• Understanding of software deployment lifecycles, ITIL processes, and change management procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise software distribution tools such as CA ITCM or Microsoft SCCM.
• PowerShell or similar scripting experience for deployment automation.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience in regulated or highly secure environments.
