Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Build AI-powered capabilities for an enterprise work operating system.
• Design and implement agentic workflows using LLMs, AI agents, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Develop knowledge systems using knowledge graphs, vector databases, and other representation approaches.
• Integrate enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence into a shared source of truth.
• Define architecture and make technical decisions for a new AI-native product.
• Contribute to AI-driven software delivery across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Python and backend development.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, context management, tool calling, and RAG.
• Experience with knowledge graphs, vector databases, APIs, integrations, data processing, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern software engineering practices.
• Ability to work independently, make architectural decisions, and own solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP, LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience integrating Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint.
• Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, AI reliability, enterprise SaaS, or workflow automation platforms.
