Lead Frontend Engineer (AI): Leading frontend engineering teams and defining scalable architectures for accessible, high-performance digital products with an accent on JavaScript, component-based development, and AI-assisted workflows. Location: Remote, but must be currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, onboard, and support the professional development of the frontend engineering team in Buenos Aires.
- Define frontend architecture, engineering standards, code quality practices, and scalable component patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and promote clean, maintainable, and performant JavaScript solutions.
- Integrate AI-powered development tools, including Claude Code and coding assistants, into engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, leadership, and client teams to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible digital experiences.
- Oversee technical delivery, unit-testing strategies, accessibility compliance, and performance benchmarking.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Technical leadership, mentorship, or engineering guidance experience.
- Advanced expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern component-based architecture.
- Experience with React, Svelte, Vue, GSAP, Webpack, and automated testing tools.
- Deep understanding of web accessibility, including ARIA and screen readers, and rendering performance at scale.
- Currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
