Software Architect (TravelTech)

What you will do

• Define end-to-end architectures for customer-specific solutions extending and integrating with hirify.global products and platforms.
• Design integration patterns, architecture blueprints, technical designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and commercially viable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and delivery teams throughout implementation, deployment, and operational handover.
• Lead architecture reviews, workshops, technical decision-making, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to architecture governance, technology roadmaps, security compliance, and evaluation of emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software architecture, distributed systems design, and customer-facing solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, integration patterns, microservices, event-driven architectures, security, and data integration technologies.
• Ability to influence technical decisions, guide cross-functional teams, and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments and large-scale transformation or implementation programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, architectural risk management, and engineering governance skills.
