AI Use Case Portfolio Manager

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain. Hybrid working is available when possible.

What you will do

• Manage the AI use case portfolio from ideation and evaluation through deployment and value realization.
• Design and improve intake, prioritization, approval, governance, and roadmap processes for AI initiatives.
• Partner with business units, Data Science, AI Engineering, AI Product Management, and executive stakeholders to identify and sequence high-value opportunities.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, value realization frameworks, and executive dashboards covering portfolio performance and ROI.
• Establish AI governance, perform risk classifications under the EU AI Act, and oversee documentation, transparency, human oversight, monitoring, and lifecycle controls.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate operational challenges into AI use cases, requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Business Analysis in a high-tech or highly regulated industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle, MLOps, Generative AI capabilities, and different AI modelling approaches.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing skills across engineering, business, and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in using Generative AI and agentic workflows to improve business operations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the EU AI Act and Responsible or Ethical AI frameworks.
