TL;DR
Data Analyst (SQL/Python, Operations Focus): Analyzing large datasets and supporting operational processes for a large-scale data aggregation project with an accent on SQL optimization, data validation, and actionable insights. Focus on investigating client-reported issues, performing root cause analysis, and resolving operational incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Location: Remote; Sunday–Thursday schedule aligned with the Ukraine time zone

Work on an international project focused on large-scale data aggregation and operational support.
What you will do
- Analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Validate business hypotheses and support data-driven decision-making.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries.
- Investigate client-reported issues, validate data, and perform root cause analysis.
- Support operational processes and client requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Strong self-management and the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience working in distributed or remote teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
- Flexibility to occasionally support business needs outside standard working hours.
- Availability for a Sunday–Thursday schedule aligned with the Ukraine time zone.
