What you will do

• Qualify incoming prospects and convert them into business opportunities.
• Identify client travel needs and recommend suitable company products.
• Guide clients through product options and close sales.
• Provide customer care that supports client satisfaction, loyalty, and recommendations.
• Build long-term relationships with clients as a trusted travel partner.
• Work in a team of 4–6 agents with a team leader and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented approach, learning agility, and the ability to handle stressful situations.
• International experience or experience working with or communicating with U.S. native speakers is required.
