Inventory Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands; hybrid working set-up

Salary: €54,400–€64,600 gross annual salary, including 8% holiday allowance

What you will do

• Manage inventory distribution across the Nordics market and optimize stock utilization according to commercial priorities.
• Coordinate customer replenishment, inventory reservations, distribution center transfers, and setup requirements.
• Provide visibility into current and projected stock levels for internal market stakeholders.
• Lead weekly inventory meetings and support sub-regional demand planning and S&OP activities.
• Analyze fill rates, identify supply chain inefficiencies, and manage excess inventory disposition.
• Drive cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or a related field.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, commercial priorities, and numerical data analysis.
• Ability to prioritize workload and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel, COGNOS, Tableau, and AS400.
