Wholesale Customer Service Specialist - Polish Speaking

What you will do

• Manage wholesale customer orders, deliveries, claims, returns, and related enquiries.
• Identify customer needs, provide timely information, and build sustainable relationships with key accounts.
• Coordinate with Credit, Planning, Distribution Centre, and Logistics teams to resolve queries and support accurate, on-time deliveries.
• Communicate risks and opportunities while resolving issues in line with customer expectations and company policies.
• Authorise eligible commercial credit notes and highlight key-account problems to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Customer service experience; experience in the apparel or related industry is advantageous.
• Native or fluent Polish and English language skills required.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, written, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach, teamwork, and a high level of attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills are advantageous.
