What you will do

• Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face learning experiences, workshops, and coaching conversations.
• Build trusted relationships with practitioners, senior leaders, and customer stakeholders.
• Help customers build capability, confidence, and long-term success through practical learning application.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer value and support adoption of the wider hirify.global portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues by providing delivery feedback, debriefs, and qualified growth opportunities.
• Improve learning materials, facilitation approaches, and future customer experiences through feedback and communities of practice.

Requirements

• Customer-focused, commercially curious, professional, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
• Highly experienced in hirify.global Discovery, with an active certification that is maintained through ongoing professional development.
• Strong facilitation and learning-experience delivery skills.
• Ability to build relationships with practitioners and senior stakeholders and communicate with credibility and influence.
• Ability to translate hirify.global concepts into practical, real-world application and identify meaningful improvements.
• Confidence, energy, presence, and authenticity in customer-facing interactions.
