What you will do

• Analyze market moves, positioning, and catalysts to generate trading ideas.
• Execute trades and manage positions within agreed risk limits.
• Monitor exposures, performance, and changing market conditions.
• Develop tools and research that improve trading decisions.
• Work closely with traders to learn new products and strategies.

Requirements

• Currently working in a trading role in London, with fewer than five years of professional experience.
• Experience at a bank, market maker, buy-side firm, or specialist trading pod.
• Background in one or more areas including single-stock volatility, Delta One, dividend trading, index volatility, exotic derivatives, dispersion strategies, event-driven or special situations strategies, or index rebalancing.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with sound risk judgment and a disciplined trading approach.
• Ability to make clear decisions under pressure, take ownership, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Coding or data-analysis skills.
• Experience across multiple products or trading strategies.
