D365 Business Central Team Lead Europe

Location: Remote from Cyprus, Greece, Lebanon, the United Kingdom, or Portugal

Salary: £50,000–£70,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and delivery.
• Lead and develop Business Central consultants and developers.
• Run workshops, gather requirements, and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Own functional solution design and configuration.
• Work with Finance and Operations stakeholders and support the growth of the Business Central practice.

Requirements

• 10 years of D365 Business Central or NAV experience.
• Experience delivering 12 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong Business Central Finance knowledge.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong functional consultancy, project delivery, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, or Warehousing.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• MB-800 certification or experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
