Project Manager CAR-T (F/H/X)

What you will do

• Manage the long-term planning, scheduling, resources, risks, deliverables, and reporting for Engineering & Automation projects.
• Lead engineering projects throughout their lifecycle and support Project Engineers in applying standard project principles.
• Design GxP-compliant automation systems for CAR-T process equipment, including historians, server-hosted connectivity software, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Represent projects within the MAM department and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement continuous improvement, knowledge management, documentation, and training activities.
• Address complex technical challenges while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in project management or people leadership.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process equipment, or another regulated environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
• Clear communication, organisation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluent English required.
