Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; based in the London Hammersmith office four days per week, with either Monday or Friday working from home

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve customer engagement forecasting models from data collection through production.
• Handle ad hoc modelling requests and deliver data science projects for content, subscriber growth, and local analytics teams.
• Develop and maintain semantic models and extend them into agentic AI solutions.
• Consult with stakeholders across Disney+ and communicate insights, methodology, and limitations clearly.
• Support insight analysts across the EMEA Analytics team by ensuring statistically robust results and consistent best practices.
• Collaborate with Global and International Analytics and Data Science teams and identify opportunities to apply existing tools in EMEA.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Significant experience with Python, R, or another statistical programming language.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in data science-related roles.
• Practical understanding of experimentation design, time-series forecasting, and causal impact methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience building and evaluating agentic AI solutions.
• Experience working with consumer behavioural data.
