Clinical Quality Lead

What you will do

• Set the direction and scope of Neko’s data-driven clinical quality system.
• Prioritise measurements and build quality checks that separate device, operator, and site effects from real member variation.
• Use repeat visits, second readings, fixed effects, and natural experiments to investigate measurement changes and quality problems.
• Own quality problems from detection through root-cause analysis, remediation, and verification.
• Work with clinical, engineering, device, site, laboratory, and operations teams to move analyses into production systems.
• Communicate statistical findings and confidence levels to clinicians, engineers, and leadership.

Requirements

• Background working with large, messy observational health or clinical data.
• Experience with measurement error, calibration, inter-rater reliability, or quality control.
• Experience applying statistical and econometric methods to distinguish real change from device, operator, and site variation.
• Experience turning analysis into a continuously running system.
• Experience leading a team or coordinating work across multiple functional teams.
• Ability to code alongside engineers and communicate results in actionable terms.
