Sr Forecasting & Process Manager, Int'l (AI)

What you will do

• Define the forecasting and planning architecture for international expansion, including models, AI capabilities, human decision ownership, and end-to-end workflows.
• Build and ship early solutions using Python, SQL, Streamlit, LLM-powered workflows, and agent prototypes.
• Develop and continuously improve replenishment workflows using market-fit data, seasonality, and inventory position to generate international buying recommendations.
• Partner with data, BI, engineering, and planning teams to productionize successful prototypes and integrate them with existing planning systems.
• Build forecast accuracy reporting, scenario models, and analytical deep-dives for leadership decision-making.
• Improve the speed, automation, transparency, and scalability of new-market launch planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics, ideally within DTC, e-commerce, or multi-category retail.
• Hands-on experience owning forecasts, supporting inventory decisions, and identifying high-value planning problems.
• Fluency in Python and comfort with SQL, plus daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Working knowledge of classical statistical forecasting, machine learning approaches, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Ability to partner with data and engineering teams, scope work clearly, and translate between technical and operational requirements.
• Strong communication skills for explaining model limitations, recommendations, and uncertainty to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth DTC, e-commerce, marketplace, or retail businesses where planning is a competitive advantage.
• Experience with Anaplan, RELEX, o9, ToolsGroup, Streamline, or comparable planning platforms.
• Experience launching products or categories with limited historical data.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic workflows in production or near-production environments.
