Client Onboarding Associate

Salary: €23,000–€29,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Coordinate client onboarding implementations from initiation through completion, including planning, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, and transition to ongoing operations.
• Maintain implementation plans, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and outstanding decisions.
• Coordinate communication across clients, implementation, operations, product, technology, and other stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain accurate client-specific data in the Private i and Total Plan platforms according to governance and quality standards.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests using CRM and workflow tools.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes, reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; advanced Excel skills are strongly preferred.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Ability to learn and adopt new software, technologies, and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative communication skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI or GenAI tools.
• Experience with process optimization or process refinement.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
