Senior RFIC/MMIC Design Engineer

Location: Boston Area, on site

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Design RFIC/MMIC circuits for microwave and mmWave applications.
• Develop active RF blocks, including power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and beamforming-related circuits.
• Own the design flow from architecture through tapeout and validation.
• Debug and evaluate measured RF hardware.
• Contribute to chip, package, and system-level technical decisions.

Requirements

• Must work on site in the Boston Area.
• Strong hands-on RFIC/MMIC design experience.
• Multiple delivered chips or significant RF hardware programs.
• Experience with demanding high-frequency systems and measured hardware.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced 3D heterogeneous integration.
• Experience taking early-stage semiconductor technology from architecture to hardware validation.
