Lead Product Engineer (Growth)

Location: New York, hybrid

Salary: $225,000–$275,000 for Lead Product Engineer I or $315,000–$385,000 for Lead Product Engineer II, plus equity

What you will do

• Own growth-focused member problems from idea through production within a pod of engineers and an Engineering Pod Lead.
• Build and ship end-to-end features across the website, web app, and backend for waitlists, booking, payments, referrals, invites, membership tiers, B2B, and localization.
• Launch consumer products and new clinics or markets while improving conversion across markets and currencies.
• Run structured experiments covering hypotheses, instrumentation, releases, analysis, and keep-or-kill decisions.
• Build reusable growth systems so future launches can be configured rather than custom-coded.
• Maintain fast, secure, and fraud-resistant public-facing experiences using AI tools in the development workflow.

Requirements

• Experience building full-stack consumer products with real customer usage, including a funnel, payments flow, or growth loop.
• Experience shipping end-to-end features that measurably improved a product metric.
• Ability to distinguish experiment results from noise.
• Daily use of AI coding tools, with examples of products or features shipped using them.
• Ability to collaborate with product, design, marketing, and other teams and explain technical decisions in terms of member impact.
• Experience with technologies such as React, React Native, TypeScript, Next.js, C#, Node, and Cosmos DB.

Nice to have

• Experience launching a consumer product in a new country or market.
• Experience with Next.js, headless CMS platforms, web performance, and SEO at scale.
• Experience with payments, checkout, or localization across multiple currencies.
• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or another regulated or trust-critical domain.
