Senior Platform Engineer (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global is a global cybersecurity company building open-source, AI-powered solutions for Continuous Threat Exposure Management through its XTM platform.

What you will do

• Design, build, operate, and scale production Kubernetes clusters across bare-metal infrastructure and major public clouds.
• Expand SaaS deployments into new regions and providers, and maintain Helm charts, Ansible automation, CI/CD pipelines, and an on-premises virtual appliance.
• Improve availability and reliability through observability, monitoring, capacity planning, incident management, and post-incident reviews.
• Harden the platform for regulated environments such as FedRAMP and SecNumCloud.
• Use and govern AI agents for infrastructure development, incident investigation, runbooks, and agent-friendly engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with platform engineers, software development, technical product management, and customer support teams; participate in a compensated on-call rotation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer.
• Production Kubernetes operations and troubleshooting experience, with strong Ansible and Helm skills.
• Solid Linux and networking fundamentals, experience with a major cloud provider, and familiarity with CI/CD and observability tooling.
• Security-oriented approach covering secrets, access, network exposure, blast radius, infrastructure hardening, and supply-chain security.
• Ability to read and write scripts and tooling, primarily in Python, and comfort working in a remote-first asynchronous team.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with bare-metal or on-premises infrastructure, Terraform, regulated environments, or a CKS certification.
• Experience operating Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Redis, or S3-compatible storage.
• Experience designing skills, workflows, or guardrails for AI agents.
• Fluency in French.
