Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Define engineering strategy, architecture standards, and AI governance for an enterprise AI-native work operating system.
• Shape a platform built around an enterprise registry, connected knowledge graph, and multi-agent workforce.
• Lead the transition to AI-native engineering practices across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Guide teams in integrating AI into the software development lifecycle while maintaining security, quality, traceability, and compliance.
• Support enterprise-scale adoption of AI-driven software delivery and integrations with Jira and Confluence data sources.

Requirements

• Senior-level or principal-level experience in AI engineering and enterprise software delivery.
• Experience with AI engineering platforms, LLM orchestration, RAG, and knowledge systems.
• Strong background in CI/CD, DevSecOps, AI governance frameworks, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to ensure security, quality, traceability, and compliance across AI-enabled delivery.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-DLC or similar AI-native delivery frameworks.
• Experience with LLM evaluation and observability.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, work management, or collaboration platforms.
