Analyst/Associate, Real Estate Product Specialist (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Create and maintain presentation materials, investor reporting, webinars, video content, and other investor communications for European real estate funds.
• Respond to investor queries and complete due diligence questionnaires.
• Support new fund launches and co-investment initiatives through strategic planning, presentation materials, private placement memoranda, and investor due diligence.
• Prepare talking points, ad hoc presentations, and strategic projects for the fundraising team and senior leadership.
• Build expert knowledge of hirify.global Real Estate’s European funds and investments.
• Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, legal, compliance, and finance teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Requirements

• Experience preferably in investment banking, investor relations, real estate investing, or alternative asset management.
• Strong analytical, time management, communication, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet demanding deadlines under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, sound judgment, integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
• Energetic, self-starting, team-oriented approach with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
