Associate Banker (Alternative Equity Products)

Work within the Global Banking & Markets division and its EMEA CSG team, advising corporate and institutional clients on alternative equity financing.

What you will do

• Support equity private placements involving minority stakes in unlisted and private companies.
• Work on equity-linked financing, including convertible and exchangeable bonds.
• Support private investments in public entities through PIPE transactions.
• Contribute to pitching, pricing, and financial and valuation analysis.
• Liaise with internal committees and coordinate marketing with sales teams and investors.
• Lead selected workstreams and support clients raising financing for organic or inorganic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical orientation and experience with financial and valuation analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.
• Good judgment and the ability to make quick, complex decisions.
