What you will do

  • Lead the corporate governance framework, quality standards, policies, and strategic priorities for transportation activities.
  • Ensure consistent GDP and applicable GMP compliance across affiliates, partners, and logistics service providers.
  • Qualify, approve, audit, and monitor logistics service providers through quality agreements and performance reviews.
  • Ensure transportation routes, systems, and providers remain qualified, validated, and compliant.
  • Oversee deviations, temperature excursions, CAPAs, and quality events with potential product impact.
  • Represent hirify.global during health authority inspections and partner audits while driving remediation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, distribution quality, supply chain quality, manufacturing, or quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GDP, applicable GMP requirements, transportation qualification and validation, logistics provider oversight, deviation and CAPA management, and audit readiness.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional and geographically distributed stakeholders and make risk-based decisions.
  • Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems; TrackWise knowledge is advantageous.
  • Advanced English required.

  • Experience in the supply chain of biological products.
  • Knowledge of TrackWise.
