ERP Architect (Odoo)

What you will do

• Define and own the target Odoo ERP architecture, module scope, customization rules, upgrade path, and roadmap.
• Deploy manufacturing and MES capabilities covering manufacturing orders, shop-floor operations, quality, and production ramp-up.
• Own ERP master data quality for items, bills of materials, and suppliers.
• Integrate Odoo with PLM, CRM, and finance workflows, and extend accounting across legal entities.
• Manage the Odoo integrator and freelance developers by writing specifications, steering sprints, accepting deliveries, and controlling spend.
• Stay hands-on with Odoo configuration, data fixes, Python development, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of ERP experience.
• Experience owning an ERP end to end in an industrial company or leading Odoo projects at an integrator.
• Strong manufacturing and supply chain knowledge, including MRP, BOMs, routings, quality, and inventory.
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and build Odoo solutions, including Python code.
• Technical leadership experience managing partners and teams and making pragmatic trade-offs.
• Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
