Process Engineer (Medical Devices)

Location: On-site in Yoqneam Illit, Israel; occasional travel may be required to support other sites, projects, or training.

What you will do

• Own manufacturing processes on the production floor, including pFMEA, equipment URS, work instructions, test methods, packaging instructions, and lifecycle documentation.
• Improve manufacturing processes, procedures, production layouts, equipment installation, machining, and material handling.
• Design operating sequences and specify procedures for tools, equipment, and activities affecting product performance.
• Implement jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing support tools for medical device assembly and testing.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while supporting production training.
• Drive continuous improvement across yield, scrap, quality, safety, and OEE KPIs using hirify.global Performance System methodologies.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant manufacturing-focused engineering field.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or process industries.
• Written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, execution, influence, and communication abilities.
• Proactive ownership of deliverables and supporting documentation with a big-picture mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, operations, and R&D sustain teams.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma or Green Belt certification.
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO 13485.
• Solid work skills.
