New Product Manufacturing Engineer (NPME)

What you will do

• Represent manufacturing and maneuverability requirements during early product engagement and design reviews.
• Identify new product introduction design-for-manufacturability issues and drive solutions before shipping.
• Define manufacturing readiness methods and infrastructure with R&D, quality, field, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Act as the top-level technical escalation during product builds and develop procedures and Best-Known Methods for new products.
• Manage documentation, utilities, jigs, support tools, certification programs, and technical training for build employees.
• Use process and qualification data to improve quality, reduce costs, and strengthen manufacturing maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4–7 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a multidisciplinary industry.
• Advanced experience with 3D tools such as Inventor, Solid, and TeamCenter.
• Strong project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Office applications, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• High-level written and spoken English required.
