Performance Marketing Intern (AI)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada; on-site. The internship runs May–August for 12 weeks, Tuesday–Friday, 8 hours per day. Employment requires authorization to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Write technical ad copy variants for developers, AI engineers, and technology founders across Google Search, LinkedIn, and developer-focused channels.
• Build weekly performance reports covering cost per lead, landing page conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
• Draft, test, and quality-assure CRM email campaigns, including product updates, technical newsletters, and automated onboarding sequences.
• Monitor lead tracking, UTM consistency, CRM lead scoring, and conversion-reporting data hygiene.
• Audit competitor pricing, messaging, and positioning across the AI compute and cloud infrastructure market.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completing a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a quantitative field.
• Familiarity with B2B growth channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, plus ROAS, CAC, CPL, and pipeline value metrics.
• Ability to write clear, accurate copy for highly technical audiences without consumer-marketing clichés.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for data cleaning, basic analysis, and reporting.
• Strong attention to tracking links, lead-flow formatting, and data hygiene.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn AI infrastructure concepts, developer tooling, and marketing software.
