Section Manager, Automation

What you will do

• Lead automation engineering teams across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Develop and enforce automation standards across sites and oversee KPI reporting.
• Identify manual processes for automation and deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive global automation platform rollouts aligned with Industry 4.0 and digital transformation.
• Manage capital investment projects and overhead budgets while mentoring engineers.
• Collaborate with executives and engineering teams on decision-making, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer, electronics, or automation engineering.
• 8–12 years of leadership experience in front-end and back-end automation engineering.
• Proven experience leading automation across multiple fabs.
• 3–5 years of experience in MES setup and machine integration.
• Knowledge of SECS/GEM or similar communication protocols and hardware.
• Knowledge of SQL programming and project management.
