Technical Manager - Industrial Electrification and Power Systems

What you will do

• Plan, scope, schedule, and manage complex industrial electrification projects and programs from initiation through closure.
• Control budgets, resources, timelines, milestones, inter-project dependencies, risks, and formal scope changes.
• Govern electrification solutions including substations, E-houses, and battery energy storage systems, ensuring technical quality and alignment with client requirements.
• Review technical deliverables, advise on scope changes, and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering, service, procurement, and other stakeholders while communicating project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Coach and mentor junior professionals and project engineers.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in technical project management focused on industrial electrification or related automation and digitalization projects in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience independently managing complex turnkey projects, including brownfield retrofits and migrations.
• Knowledge of electrical system studies and power system software tools such as ETAP and PowerFactory, plus experience with Microsoft Project.
• Skills in project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and leadership.
• PMP Professional certification, Certified Professional certification for Power System Software Tools, and essential EHS standards and certifications.
