Engineering Enablement Specialist (AI)

Salary: $111,100–$145,800 per year; commission or performance-based bonus opportunities may also apply.

What you will do

• Own engineering onboarding and continuous learning programs that accelerate productivity and scale across teams.
• Lead complex cross-functional enablement initiatives, including objectives, delivery approaches, dependencies, and outcome evaluation.
• Design playbooks, documentation, learning content, and AI-assisted resources for technical audiences.
• Apply Generative AI and automation to improve enablement content, knowledge management, communications, and workflows.
• Drive adoption of engineering tools, processes, standards, and organizational practices by translating complex requirements into practical strategies.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and subject matter experts while coaching colleagues and improving programs through feedback and performance measures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience in engineering enablement, technical training, learning and development, technical communications, instructional design, program management, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading major or complex cross-functional programs with substantial ownership, independent judgment, and limited oversight.
• Advanced experience developing scalable technical learning, documentation, knowledge management, or enablement programs.
• Strong ability to partner with Engineering leaders and subject matter experts, translate technical concepts, influence stakeholders, and coach colleagues.
• Strong program and project management skills, including dependency management, priority coordination, and outcome evaluation.
• Experience applying Generative AI to content development, knowledge management, communications, or workflow automation, along with strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a global software engineering, SaaS, cloud, or technology organization.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with Confluence, learning management systems, knowledge management platforms, or documentation tools.
• Experience designing AI-assisted learning solutions, videos, e-learning, interactive content, or workshops.
