Associate Video Producer

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey; onsite at the hirify.global office, offsite hirify.global events, or in studio five days per week. Candidates must reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington. Travel to events and shoots is required as needed.

Annual base salary: $68,500

What you will do

• Produce vodcasts, lists, live events, short-form videos, newsletters, and original programming with senior editorial and video leaders.
• Book guests, coordinate with public relations teams, prepare interviews, and support reporting, fact-checking, and story writing.
• Create platform-specific video clips, scripts, thumbnails, metadata, playlists, and other assets for hirify.global channels and third-party platforms.
• Manage the video archive and publish content across YouTube, hirify.global.com, social channels, podcast platforms, and sponsored distribution channels.
• Monitor platform analytics and provide actionable insights on audience retention and growth.
• Support hirify.global summits and conferences, lead post-production workflows, and collaborate with social, design, photo, SEO, newsroom, sales, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience reporting and writing.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro.
• Strong interpersonal, time-management, prioritization, and editorial judgment skills.
• Ability to work with executives, public relations teams, external talent, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week and travel to events and shoots as needed.
• Comfort working additional hours during major news cycles and flagship summits.
